Company Overview

The Stoughton Public Works Department manages the construction, maintenance, cleaning and use of public infrastructure throughout the town. The Public Works Department is made up of Forestry & Parks, Highway, Water, Sewer, Sanitation, and Maintenance.

We are responsible for streets, street lights, pedestrian ramps, snow removal, deicing, cleaning and repairing of storm drains, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection services, forestry and trash collection.
